I recently took my girlfriend to Le Boudin Blanc for her birthday. I phoned the staff in advance to arrange a few surprises, such as Champagne on arrival and flowers delivered to the table. They couldn't have been more accommodating.
On the night everything went like clockwork thanks to the efficient and discreet staff. The food was exceptional. The menu is thoughtfully put together, offering a good range of great French classics without pretention or hype. Great flavours and simple composition made each course delicious. The crab starter and lamb main being particularly pleasing.
A definite hit with the girlfriend and somewhere I'd certainly recommend – you won't be disappointed.
