Most importantly the food was unique and excellent, which considering, as i was told, it was only day 3 of opening, was very impressive:

• Koliwada Shrimp – perfect and sauce was great.
• Fish tikka – perfect
• Scallops -  excellent
• Tiger prawns – great
• Ice cream was cool touch and showed class
  

There was also a great ambience and the staff had a good attitude and were well mannered. I have been to Trishna in Mumbai, which is very good, but for me London is a big improvement, both in terms of the originality of the flavours and the quality of the fish. I am sure this will become one of London's best and most popular Indian restaurants.
