Trishna (15-17 Blandford Street, London, W1U 3DG) Really looking forward to this having seen the menu and the website only to be sorely dissapointed. Tried the tasting menu and found that a lot of the dishes were overspiced with one particular spice, ie too much pepper in the Crab main, too much cinnamon in a couple of dishes. Lacked subtlety. Service was incredibly slow with simple requests like bringing an appropriate amount on Naan Bread with Mains taking forever to be fulfilled. The King Prawn was lovely and the highlight of the taster menu but a colleague told me he'd seen it at £8 for one on the a la Carte Menu!! Will most definitely not be going back.
