Personal description

Foodie til I die – Figure to prove it!

Eating out habits

At least 6 times a week for work/pleasure

Favourite restaurants

The list is endless. My mood determines what I crave.

Last supper

A little bit of everything… But probably roasted rib of Limousin beef, goose-fat roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding… and I would have to gorge a Lobster and Applewood bacon BLT to boot. A Tahitian Vanilla Creme Brulee and a (to-die-for) unctuous Chocolate Mousse wouldn't go a miss either… Well – It is my last meal, so who needs to count calories???

Interests

Cooking, Travel, Italian movies and laughing with abandon.

Favourite book and film

Book? All cook books. Film? How much time have you got??? Stealing Beauty, High Fidelity, most Mafia films and comedies and foreign movies galore!

Dream dinner companion

Oscar Wilde.

Favourite hotels in the UK and abroad

Lime Wood Hotel – New Forest, UK
The Racha – Racha Island, Phuket – Thailand
Hotel Missoni – Edinburgh
Palazzo Sasso – Ravello – Italy

Favourite holiday destinations

Italy, China, Thailand, Puerto Rico

Go to Buddha Bar… Although ridiculously expensive, it has always been fantastic. So much better than the awful one that came to London. The food is fabulous (would advise ordering lots of starters and sushi over mains, which can be bland) and great cocktails and vibe. It still retains all its coolness in Paris. More
