Our firm has held celebration lunches for a large group of friends and clients for the last eight years at the Axis Restaurant.
The ambience of the Axis surrounding is elegant with comfortable seating arrangements and blends in perfectly with the excellent services by the staff and management. The service in between the courses are always at a leisurely pace noting all finer details on each table and guests do not feel rushed.
Chef/Tony Fleming says this is one luncheon he looks forward to as it challenges him to produce dishes which will be talked about till the next luncheon. Tony cooks all the delicious dishes with flair of colour, ensuring that all dishes complement each other without overpowering them, sources season vegetables and fruits. All these dishes are made without the use of meat, fish, eggs and gelatine which is our firms requirements.
It is a wonder that Tony has not been recommended for a Michelin star. We would recommend the restaurant without any hesitation.
