Incanto (41 High Street, Harrow-on-the-Hill, London, HA1 3HT) A wonderful restaurant with lovely food and very pleasant and attentive service. Decor is light and unfussy. We had a mother's day lunch here and despite being quite expensive I thought that for a special treat it was worth it. Far better than some other places I've been with fancy chefs – the food here is good enough to compete with any of the top restaurants. The venison main was just divinely rich and decadent and the chilli kale was so fresh and zingy. Truffle chips were to die for. Pork belly, sea bass and gnocci were equally rave-worthy. The processo and blood orange cheesecake was light and fresh tasting – a complete surprise. I would heartily recommend it for a special occasion.
