Trishna (15-17 Blandford Street, London, London, W1U 3DG) Fresh produce, lovely balance of flavours, great wine list and a cool setting…those comparing Trishna London to the one in Mumbai are doing London an injustice (John J)…Mumbai is great, but London is far more refined and much more suited to the London restaurant scene…the chef here has clearly had to adapt the menu to suit the London palette, and has done a great job…the produce is of the highest quality, and he definitely does NOT load his food with MSG like his Mumbai counterparts…wild tiger prawns, hariyali bream and the lobster were all delicious… Don't come here expecting Trishna Mumbai, Trishna London has its own identity, which i am sure will succeed…in fact if it isn't already one of the best Indian restaurants in London in week 1, then i am sure it will be by the end of the year…i will definitely be back…
