We'd been to Zizzi's in London and really enjoyed our experiences. This was our first time to visit Zizzi Harborne and the experience was dreadful. The service was slow and unattentive, and the waitresses appeared miserable and as if 'they couldn't be bothered'. We ordered pizzas from their ‘special’ range at a premium price but they were burnt and barely had any topping on them. The whole experience was very disappointing and we would not go back. We visited on Thursday 8th July 2010.
