Having eaten at this restaurant for several years on many occasions and enjoyed it, I recently had a terrible experience there. I was with my mother and it was their Sunday buffet. When we commented to the very friendly manageress that the food that day was poor and not up to their usual standards, the chef, Mr Sarkhel, overheard the comments and literally went ballistic. He accused us of not knowing what we were talking about, that he had been a chef for 35 years and we were just prejudiced. We were so taken aback by his outburst that we had to leave the restaurant. The manageress looked very distressed and kept on apologizing. It was such a horrible experience we obviously can never go back to this restaurant again. And that is a shame. But behaviour like that simply is not acceptable.
