Yalla Yalla (1 Green's Court, London, W1F 0HA) Yalla Yalla was a fantastic find in an alley off Brewer Street in Soho. The menu is Beirut street food and it was some of the best Lebanese food we have eaten. Both the mains of Shish Taouk (marinated chicken skewers) and Kafta Meshoue (minced lamb and parsley skewers) were full of flavour, perfectly cooked and well presented with a sumac onion salad and vermicelli rice. They were also brilliant value for money. The restaurant is small but the atmosphere on our visit was perfect. It was helped along by the friendly service and a great selection of music at just the right level. On thing you definitely need to do is to book in advance. There is only seating for a couple of dozen people and this place has already become very popular. A steady stream of people without reservations was being turned away during our visit.
