Thread “Gordon Ramsay has forgotten he's a host” (in Restaurant & bar talk)

I was having lunch at GR at Claridges last week and half way through the meal Gordon Ramsay slipped out of the kitchen with a manager and walked through the restaurant and exited without greeting any of the guests. When my wife collected her coat from the cloakroom the attendendant couldn't stop saying that “Isn't it exciting GR was here”- big deal if he hasn't even got the courtesy to say hello to his patrons.
