Terroirs (5 William Street, London, WC2N 4DW)

A short menu with high quality, elegant yet simple fare. I had Hake (poached in butter) with some pulses and green vegetables. It was delicious and not too heavy. The service was a bit slow but it was a Thursday lunchtime. Book ahead at lunchtime as it can get busy. Enjoy.
