Zizzi Hampton Court (1 Bridge Road, London, London, KT8 9EU) It's difficult to say whether this Zizzis is good or bad really. Overall I'd say it was ‘good’, obviously with a chain restaurant they're all pretty much the same apart from the staff (which seem to change quite a lot in the Zizzis in Hamp. Crt.) However, everytime I've gone, staff have been nice, polite, helpful and the food has always been fantastic. The atmosphere in this Zizzi is kind of average which is silly really considering the view of the Thames and Hampton Court Palace, but I prefer the one in Surbiton as that one seems abit more ‘cosy’ whereas this one is very open and I think the new flooring makes it very LOUD. My partner and I went there a few months ago and just the two of us walked in and said "We've booked a table for 8″ – considering it was ten to 8 we assumed they knew what we meant. However, one of the waiters (who was quite obviusly under the influence of something…) told us to wait (even though it was fairly empty). After about 20 mins of waiting another guy who worked there (the manager I think) came up and asked what we were waiting for. We replied we booked a table for 8pm…He looked at the other waiter who said, “Ohhhhhh I thoughtttt youuuu meannnttttt eighttttt peopleeeee mannnnnn”. (unprofessional…) SO therefore we were seated at a TABLE FOR TWO. Unfortunately after that, this idiot of a waiter was OUR waiter. My partner asked for a cider WHICH WAS ON THE MENU, to which this waiter replied, “That sounds nice mannn but we don't have ciderrr on our menu…” my partner replied, “But it's ON the menu…” He then wondered off and spoke to the barman and then came back to tell us there WAS INFACT cider which took at while. Fortuntely the food came on time etc but when…
