Starting off with a glass or two of Laurent Perrier Rose champagne. A banquet full of; dhal makhni, potato in any form, thai curry, poached eggs and hollandaise, and a generous slice of lemon tart. All washed down with a crisp Gruner Veltliner. Sounds sickly I know!
My baby primarily and when I get time; Eating out, Cooking, Baking, Cocktail Bars, Art and culture (Rothko, Anish Kapoor, Dali), Music, Filling up my jewellery box…and bags!
Favourite book is a tough one, it's between Vikram Seth's ‘A suitable boy’, Amitav Ghosh's ‘Glass Palace’ and Gregory David Roberts ‘Shantaram’ – They were all magnificent in their own ways.
A strange mix but it might just work: Holly Golightly, Betty Boop, and Queen Rania of Jordan, to provide a good measure of style and etiquette to the table. George Clooney purely to ogle at. Then just for laughs I'd add Jack Dee, Piers Morgan, Matthew Freud and Boris Johnson – we'd debate on journalism, PR and all sorts.
