After the waitress tipped a gin and tonic over us it was never going to be great but the waiter in the dining room actually argued with my client over his order. Never before have i had to give my own meal to a client and go hungry. Avoid this chain unless you are part of a macho boys lunch out. I refused the service charge – that's a first.
