Impressive attention to detail. It is amazing houw many things you can do with beetroot. The service is attentive and the decor pleasant. However the restaurant lacks a bit in atmosphere and it was very empty on a lunchtime when all the other venues nearby were doing roaring trade. The nordic inspired menu is clearly a breath of fresh air and speaks to those who are looking for more daring flavours and coupling of ingredients. Overall a very enjoyable experience.
