Some dishes are worth going accross London for, like this home-smoked salmon coming in it's glass bell filled with…the smoke! Every plate is humble but refined in appearance and close to perfect in cooking execution. Adding to this that the staff is very efficient, discreet and absolutely charming, and you will conclude like me that Launceston place definitely has its place in the Michelin foodies' red bible!
