Navarro's (67 Charlotte Street, London, W1T 4PH) Can not sing highly enough about this Tapas/Spanish restaurant – have been so many times and will continue to return. Having tried Fino, Cigala, etc Navarros outshines them all by far. Fairly priced excellent dishes, great atmosphere – you have that bit of traditional tapas and Spain that is needed, friendly staff, etc, etc. It's a shame they are only open limited hours so make sure you book early to avoid dissppointment. I have called on the day before and been lucky but best to book. If you fancy tapas in central london go here before you go anwhere else so you will then have the best yard stick to measure all the rest by. The ‘rest of them’ are lost in a world of trendies and modern design with very high prices for very small portions and in a lot of cases badly cooked food or poor quality of ingredients.
