Reply to “Cocktail conundrum” (in Venues & Events talk )

I'm really into Espresso Martinis at the moment (Shoreditch House does a great one using Illy liqueur) but I'd also second the Pornstar Martini from London Cocktail Club – really delicious. It's basically a passionfruit martini served with a shot glass of prosecco that you pour on top. The only way to better it would be to add fresh chilli (who doesn't like a ‘Hot Pornstar’?). Have to admit it, though: I still love a good mojito. Drinks fads come and go so why should you not stick to your old favourites? A good barman should serve up whatever guests want, no judgement. If everyone orders the same old thing, perhaps their drinks list isn't exciting enough? More
