contract catering normally involves lots of pre-prepared meals…just need to reheat…

i understand the point of the suppliers its normal for a venue to have 2-3 suppliers for veg, meat, fish etc…
this helps keep costs down…

but when the company contracts out the catering its taken over by a chain(compass/searcys etc) not much of the food is prepared on the premises but done in bulk centrally and farmed out. it becomes fast food but on a china plate!!! More
