Considering the competition, this place does a poor job for the cuisine of the region. It is beyond banal; stale popadums kicked off a meal that continued in the same quality. The dhosa was essentially like a failed omlette/pancake with a recycled curry filling; the other three starters were also poorly realised and executed and all of the curries (we each tried a different one, and deliberately went for the non-standard dishes featured as the restaurant's “specials”) were deeply average. In this day and age, there is no excuse for such indifferent cooking. Completely disappointing. As for good looks, well compared perhaps to a canteen in Moose Bend, Indiana it might have interest value but beyond that it was utilitarian in the extreme.
