Trishna (15-17 Blandford Street, London, London, W1U 3DG) I first went to Trishna when it opened in November and was very impressed with the food then.We went there last week and i must say that the quality of the food is excellent and the service has improved vastly. The use of fresh ingredients makes this a fine dining experience and all the dishes on the tasting menu were superb.Although primarily a seafood speciality restaurant the lamb dishes as well as the vegeterian dishes are well worth savouing. The wine list is very inviting and there is a wide range of beers to choose from.I would recommend that all foodies who have not been to Trishna to go there and appreciate what good indian food should taste like.Well done to the chef and all involved at Trishna.
