They have some extremely strange rules governing their business – for example, they don't take same day lunch reservations after 10:30 and I personally don't understand the logic behind this. This is prejudicial against people who plan their day and favours the walk-in guests. In addition, reservations can only be amended between 09:00 – 17:30 which is fine for a lunch reservation, but a problem if you are trying to change an evening reservation. It all seems rather controlling and certainly doesn't favour any potential clients or anyone for that matter.
