I visited One Moorgate Place on 31st March and was tempted in by their 30 minute promise – two courses for £13, served within 30 minutes.

I was very impressed – the new restaurant is a huge improvement to the its previous incarnation, Esca. Everything is better – the decor, the food, the price and the service.

The service was especially good – very friendly staff and super quick. I loved the big comfortable chairs (despite them being slightly too low – nothing a cushion couldn't fix!)

I would highly recommend it for a lunchtime visit – I will definitely be returning soon.
