You may want to try such hotels as the Langham, Intercontinental London or the Hilton Park Lane or indeed any of the hotels up Park Lane. They are all 5 star and more than capable of looking after groups which have specific needs.
You may need to guarantee a minimum spend to get the canapés. Having said this, in the current economic climate it is always worth while asking – you never know you may be surprised!! More
