The manager and host were definitely amateurs.
Our table was booked for 8pm. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited another 25 minutes. We were made to wait in the bar/entry where there was no room for other diners to pass in front of us.
We left for Via Condotti, just down the road and were seated immediately without a reservation.
