Maggie Jones is an excellent place for an intimate, friendly meal – a stark contrast to the glaringly-lit warehouses that pass for most restaurants. Great to catch up with a friend without the intrusion, noise and bustle of interfering waiters and braying businessmen on neighbouring tables. The starter of Stilton mousse is to die for. Perhaps, reading other comments, it's not for the food snobs or the penny pinchers but as an oasis of calm, relaxation and good food in the middle of Kensington, I thoroughly recommend it.
