Gold Mine (102 Queensway, London, W2 3RR)

The food took over an hour to arrive. It was stone cold.

The replacement dish was clearly microwaved, and tasted dire. When we complained to the manager he threatened to call the police! I have never been to such a bad restaurant in all my life and will never go back again.
