Was a little surprised to find another great restaurant at Crown Plaza City but this is a Sublime! A wonderful experience from beginning to end with wonderous food, luscious wines and great service – it all exudes a total commitment to creating an aunthetic and memorable meal. Dim Sum was by far best since visit to Beijing and sliced duck, sheer heaven. Restaurant Manager choose our selection of food and wine and it was just perfect. All staff were attentive and delivered a rarely experinced level of service. Decor was gossamer light and in harmony, difficult to achieve in a busy hotel but they have really delivered, and then some. In two minds to review as want to keep this rare gem a secret ! This is a must visit if you enjoy quality Chinese cuisine in London.
