it was THE most terrible dinning experience for us:
1) we made reservation, but had to wait for a long time although we were there on time.
2) there was NO service what so ever at the beginning: no water, no silverware, no one ask what you want
3) the waiters there were relatively rude and unhappy, you hear them complaining about things, smash dishes (on your table) tried their best to ignore you
4) service later on turned in a nighmare when i asked for a clean plate: first the waiter was angry about my request, then he gave me the dirty serving plate under a pot that was served to our table, as my eating plate. also, the waiter did not know how to set table, as he gave me 3 knives, no forks; and gave my boyfriend 2 forks, no knives.
5) the waiter also became arguementative when we asked the manager for a fair treatment.
