Read the thread September 2009The Good Food Guide 2010 has just been published. this unbiased and truly respected guide is the longest running food guide in the UK. Top marks awarded to the restaurant at drakes with an impressive 6 out of 10 – the highest score achieved in all of Sussex. An absolute must if you appreciate excellence. the restaurant is intimate and refined with excellent but unpretentious service. More

Read the thread July 2009Have you considered “The Restaurant at Drakes”? Really intimate and relaxed environment but with that Brighton Chic. Food is amazing – with superstar Head Chef Andrew MacKenzie at the helm. They received 2 AA Rosettes a couple months ago. A real treat with friendly yet professional knowledgable service. Go early and have a pre dinner cocktail in the sea front Bar. some of the best cocktails in Brighton.
3 course Dinner Menus are offered at a reasonable £35 per head. Good selection of options for veggies too. More
