Hasn’t rated any restaurants this year.

Le Relais de Venise (120 Marylebone Lane, London, W1U 2QG)

Food was great as usual, though I think the portions have siginificantly been reduced (especially french fries) compared to the past few times I have eaten in there.
The queue was long as usual, we queued an hour before we could get in, and as busy as it is, the service from one of the waitress was horrendous when we asked her to explain the French words on the menu.
Might not be worth the effort going there and lining up. Steak sauce was admittedly special, though insufficient for the reduced portions meat. Insufficient staff as well and when we dined, there weren't enough glasses.

L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon (13-15 West Street, London, WC2H 9NE)

This is one of the 2 star michelin in London, one which was awarded a new one from the original 1 star in 2009. Service was superb. Waiters were friendly and cheerful. The open kitchen environment and overall decor was really comfortable and provide a good dining ambience. Food was well presented and the texture and combination of food gives a very good layer of tasting for each delicate presentation.
Very satisfactory experience overall.

Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester (The Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane, London, London, W1K 1QA)

Ultimate disappointment. Booked a table with friends since it was just awarded another star to be upgraded as a 2 star michelin this year.
The service was ok, might be able to do better with better timing of food serving and probably more detailed explanation of the food would be helpful.
The dishes were decently presented, however the taste lacks a complete fullness of taste. There is a lack of freshness in the food and overall credit only goes to presentation. Desserts were quite a disappointment as well despite some free marcaroons offered.
Don't see where the michelin star was from.
