What a disappointment…As we did not order any starters, we had to wait one full hour to get our main course. The lame excuse was that I ordered my beef fillet well done, which took a while to prepare. The thing is, my fillet was still bloody when it came and I had to return it. They did not even bother taking my husband's plate to keep it warm and in the end, I got a very timid “désolé”.

The service was handled by an inexperienced waitress who did not know anything about the menu and supervised by an arrogant manager who would not take any responsibilities for all the mistakes made.
