We'd booked, but we had to wait for 45 minutes, standing up in a very very busy restaurant with staff constantly barging into us. The staff were graceless and rude, and our food took a long time to come.

They need a new manager who will ensure that pre-booked tables are turned around quickly, and that walk-ins are turned away when they can't be accommodated.

I won't be coming here again.
