Sushi-Say (33b Walm Lane, London, NW2 5SH) Very disappointed with the service. Rather unfortunate. As suggested by other reviews, I will not question the level of food they offer. However, I would like to point out that the service level is sub-standard and I have never encountered such a rude service in my foodie career. We visited the restaurant other day and one of the order did not come for a long time. The waiter was apologetic, but a moment later a very abrasive floor manager who is wearing Kimono started to argue in very unpleasant way. The attitude of the manager is unacceptable for the price you have to pay. Frankly speaking there are equivalent Sushi restaurant in the central London at similar price range and enjoy respectable service.
