The Queen's Head - Brook Green

I'm sorry to say I can only give this pub a negative review because I ordered 2 meals for £19 each and was charged £22 each. When I pointed this out, the manager was not at all apologetic and ended up by only giving back part of the money that we had already paid. He said he couldn't give us the full amount for some reason, but he did not even offer us a free dessert instead - which would have been better than nothing. Also, the risotto when we got it was an incredibly small portion - something you may get as a starter and we are not people who are used to eating larger than normal amounts. This restaurant is near where my cousin lives and it was recommended to us. Needless to say we won't return and we will pass on the word to other relatives staying at my cousins house.
