DO NOT GO HERE!
I used to go to Luca's with my boyfriend on a regular basis for brunch however, my last visit was awful. I ordered the Harissa lamb with pickled pineapple cabble with cous cous for lunch and it was missing half of the ingrediants. They clearly microwaved it as the cous cous was served in huge lumps and was rock hard. There was about half a teaspoon of the cabbage! My friend ordered the buddha bowl artichoke salad which was served with... wait for it......... half an artichoke in the whole dish!!!!!!
When I gave Luca this feedback at the till, he shrugged his shoulders and said "whatever, that's just your opinion" I challenged him whilst paying the full amount to ask if he was going to feed this back to the chef, his reply "no, I don't care what you say, food is fine" Very arrogant response and unfriendly. NO apologies. No compensation. Nothing. He genuinly didn't care. Very disappointed with their food, service and overall attitide, I won't be going back.
