Right place, right time
Booked a table for 10 and advised we would have a wheelchair user, he would transfer but we'd need somewhere to put wheelchair.
Staff helpful and attentive. Wheelchair stowed without any fuss. Waited a little longer than ideal for drinks, food ordered fairly quickly, just mains as heading to the theatre. Waited a really long time for food, which was a shame because we ended up feeling very rushed.
The food we had was very nice, it is a chain – so you expect comformity across the country – but I think it was actually nicer than we're used to for this chain. Bill paid and sorted easily.. Toilets a bit cramped and we could have done with a heads up on lack of disabled loo.
We'd go again in a large group, very good value for money for quick pre theatre lunch on a day trip.
Staff pleasant. Excellent young lady who addressed my brother (who has learning disabilities) instead of me – which was nice and often doesn't happen.
