For the biggest parties, there's always the option of exclusive hire - the whole of Skylon can be yours for a day or a night, accommodating 300 seated guests for a giant festive banquet, or up to 500 for more of a drinks and canapes vibe. The dining room is divided into three sections – the fine-dining and more relaxed brasserie areas are split by a raised bar – with soaring high ceilings and plenty of floor space for smaller, semi-private gatherings.

Set menus are available for Christmas groups, featuring elegant modern-European dishes with all your favourite festive flavours. There's roast turkey with all the trimmings for Christmas traditionalists, but if you fancy something more elevated, Skylon has you covered with dishes like Cornish crab with wasabi mayonnaise and avocado mousse, and cod fillet with saffron mash and Tenderstem broccoli.
