Haydock Park offers a venue to hire with a view, with rooms that’ll allow you to watch the horses race across the finish line whilst you tuck into your lunch. There is a selection of executive boxes and luxurious suites that can accommodate up to 500 guests, as well as banqueting suites with panoramic views over the famous racecourse, from which you can sip champagne and enjoy the action during the day, then soak up the evening entertainment once the sun goes down. Even if you're looking to host a large event, there's over 13 acres of hard standing exhibition areas for major events of up to 20,000 people.

The perfect spot for conferences, weddings and outdoor events, there’s areas of varying capacities including anything as intimate as a small family party to large exhibitions. With 12 rooms available, there is a wide variety including the Sports Bar, that offers a great location for arrival drinks and small exhibitions and holds up to 100 people, Executive boxes that are sophisticated spaces for meetings and small events for as many as 40 guests, the conservatory style Jubilee suite ideal for weddings and small events that includes a private outdoor terrace, and the Horseshoe Suite that boasts a large balcony overlooking the racecourse which can take as many as 360 guests standing.
With each event, there are various packages available that include food and drink options, from fine dining to something a little more casual. The menus change with the season, and local produce is used where possible, with fairtrade producers also being of focus when sourcing ingredients. A range of styles are available from canapes only to five course meals and buffets, the team are able to help create a bespoke menu for any event.
