Butlers Wharf Chop House (36e Shad Thames, London, SE1 2YE)

Took 3 attempts to bring a medium rare steak.
Mushy peas are anything but mushy – dry and shrivelled up.
Bubble and Squeak portion was tiny.
Carrots and Mash was cold when served.
Terrible value at £50 per head even after our complaints!
