Foie gras & Sauternes jelly on brioche canapes with a glass of Cristal Champagne. First course: Chilli & crab linguine with a glass of chilled Gewurztraminer. Second Course: Beef fillet tagliata, with rocket, parmesan, slow roasted tomotoes and black truffle creamed spinach and a bottle of Barbaresco. Pudding would be Laduree Macaroons with an espresso and more of that Cristal!
