Trishna (15-17 Blandford Street, London, London, W1U 3DG) To start with the decor was modern, it was stylish but discreet. The way the restaurant is divided into sections enhances the atmosphere and gives a sense of privacy. The food was delicious and light. I could have eaten our meal all over again. My favourite was the lamb chops, but the bream and the fried squid were also excellent. The service was friendly and efficient and the courses were brought at just the right time. We even met the owner, Jo who was charming. It is good value for money as well as you get what you pay for with high quality food, service and a great location. Overall this is the best indian restaurant I have been to (including in India) and its emphasis on seafood gives it something special.
