Venue Review of Kent Event Centre

Based near Maidstone the Kent Event Centre is a vast rural space set in 200 acres of countryside. With parking for 30,000 vehicles, large events are the mainstay here. Four purpose-built spaces are available for conferences, shows and exhibitions, accommodating up to 5,000 guests. For smaller events, there are six meeting rooms that hold between 10 and 60 guests, enabling seminars and meetings to run simultaneously throughout the day. Rooms can be used independently or combined as break-out areas. The latest addition to the site is the new Clive Emson Conference Centre a 1,800-capacity state-of-the art building, with high-spec AV facilities. Asian weddings particularly suit the venue as it can accommodate up to 1,000 seated guests. Located within easy reach of the M2 and M25, the centre is 45 minutes’ drive away from Gatwick Airport.
