Festive Cookery Master Class

Festive Cookery Master Class Information:

Cook up a festive feast in a professional demonstration kitchen over a glass or two of mulled wine, then sit back and enjoy a three-course festive feast. Working in teams, participants will don aprons and hats and create a delicious Christmas feast with all the trimmings. The Chef will give an introduction to the event and then run through each starter, main course and dessert. He will demonstrate as he goes along and each team then needs to work within tight time constraints to prepare and cook each dish. Judging is based on presentation, taste and teamwork.
