Sackler hall
Following a recent refurbishment, the Museum of London reopened to a fitting fanfare, revealing over 3,000sq m of contemporary event space. The Galleries of Modern London, designed with events in mind, tell the story of the city from 1666 to the present day, with eating and drinking permitted throughout. The museum’s established spaces have also undergone a facelift and are able to host receptions for up to 1,000 guests. The Sackler Hall is ringed by 48m of plasma screen, a novel way to project videos or company branding, with capacity for up to 350 diners. The collection of rooms for daytime meetings includes a state-of-the-art 240-seat theatre and six smaller break-out areas.
