More than a century since it opened, the Science Museum is still pulling in the crowds. Corporate hire facilities are more diverse than ever, with capacities reaching up to 2,000. It’s easy to see the appeal. Where else can you dine next to a scorched Apollo 10 command module? Or mingle under the first plane to cross the Atlantic? Daytime meetings are well catered for in the blank-canvas gallery on Level 1, the traditional and elegant Director’s Suite or the IMAX cinema. Science-based teambuilding packages – both interactive and demonstration-based – are justly popular, as are the slick new galleries in the Wellcome Wing. The venue achieved World Class Service accreditation again in 2011.
