The most rural destination in the Four Pillars Hotels collection, the Oxford Thames Four Pillars Hotel is surrounded by 30 acres of parkland leading down to the Thames, yet it’s still only three miles from Oxford city centre. The hotel’s ‘Meetings Four You’ service sets out to maximise flexibility across the different event options. Packages can be timed to suit each function – typically eight or 24 hours, though ‘meetings by the hour’ are also available. Wi-Fi comes as standard throughout. There are four rooms on offer, with the Oxford Suite being the largest of the bunch, seating up to 180 delegates theatre style. Groups can also take advantage of the marquee site in the grounds. Food options include buffet catering, a range of private dining and the hotel’s own River Room restaurant. The bar, lounge and gallery area can be used as a semi-private space, accommodating up to 24 guests.
