Millbrook Events in Bedfordshire provides four purpose-built event spaces in one 700-acre location. Each facility offers flexible space and contemporary architecture, with built-in lighting rigs and neutral colour schemes allowing designers to create their own event environments. Its largest, Concept 2, can accommodate dinners, meetings, awards ceremonies or exhibitions for up to 1,200 and there is space for a further 425 guests in the adjacent Concept 1, which in turn has its own reception space and two breakout areas (handy for conferences). The newest space is Cubo, which accommodates groups of up to 30. For medium-sized groups, there’s the 80-capacity Pod. Millbrook’s 40 miles of surfaced and unsurfaced roads, makes it a great location for car launches or driving days – track experiences can be built into a conferencing programme. The venue’s location, 40 miles north of London, is an added draw.
