Scotland’s flagship Cineworld, a key venue for the Edinburgh International Film Festival, has 13 screens, the largest of which can accommodate up to 526 guests in modern, ergonomically designed seats. The cinema’s digital projection equipment is bang up-to-date and 3D-capable, ideal for screening live sports, theatre and music. It can also be used to host interactive gaming events and conferences. There is a fully licensed bar for pre- or post-screening receptions, and it goes without saying that popcorn and ice cream (Ben & Jerry’s, of course) are both available, alongside other big-screen favourites. You’ll find Cineworld Edinburgh on Dundee Street, about 10 minutes’ walk west of the city centre. Drivers are able to take advantage of four hours’ worth of free secure parking below the cinema complex. Cineworld tickets can also be purchased as corporate gifts.
